operational principle

After the valve core runs up and down, steam cleaning or water flushing is carried out through the cleaning ports on both sides of the sealing seat to avoid contamination of the valve material during the operation of the valve core. Compressed air is used to push the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, and the piston rod is connected to the valve core. At the same time, when the air compression pushes the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, it also pulls the valve stem up, causing the sealing surface on the valve seat to compress the sealing surface of the upper valve body, Close the upper valve port connection. When the air compression is lower than the spring force or there is no gas compression, the piston is pushed down by the spring and drives the valve stem to move down, closing the lower valve port. Mainly used for fluid switching in pipeline systems, with one in and two out switching. It is applied in pipeline systems that do not contain pollution or mixed materials.
