application

This tank bottom valve is a tank bottom valve with manual and pneumatic functions, with a residue free design. It is based on a mature single seat valve design platform, and the few and simple moving parts make the valve very reliable and reduce its maintenance costs. The sliding channel makes unloading smoother and is used to cut or open pipelines leading to the storage tank. Widely used in industries such as brewing, dairy products, beverages, pharmaceuticals, etc.

operational principle

◆ Manual function: This valve has manual opening and closing functions, which can be opened and closed by pressing the arrow direction of the handwheel

◆ Pneumatic function: This valve uses compressed air to push the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, and at the same time, when the air compression pushes the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, it also pulls the valve stem up, that is, the valve opens. When the air compression is lower than the spring force or there is no gas compression, the piston is pushed down by the spring and drives the valve stem to move down, closing the valve port.
