This tank bottom valve is a pneumatic seat valve with a residue free design, based on a mature single seat valve design platform. operational principle

This valve uses compressed air to push the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, and at the same time, when the air compression pushes the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, it also pulls the valve stem up, that is, the valve opens. When the air compression is lower than the spring force or there is no gas compression, the piston is pushed down by the spring and drives the valve stem to move down, closing the valve port.
