Current location:Home / Product / Diaphragm valve / Manual sterile diaphragm valve
application
This sterile diaphragm valve can be manually operated through a handle or remotely operated through a pneumatic head. It is very suitable for the control and on/off tasks of pipeline fluids. Widely used in hygiene grade brewing, dairy products, beverages and other food industries, as well as in the pharmaceutical field under sterile conditions.

operational principle
The tight fit between the valve body and diaphragm provides valve body and seat sealing, ensuring complete isolation of the internal and external environment of the pipeline, making this valve suitable for aseptic processes. The opening and closing of diaphragm valves are achieved by the up and down movement of the valve stem. When the valve stem is in the upper position, the spherical diaphragm bends upwards to form a conductive state of the valve. When the valve stem moves from top to bottom, it drives the valve core to bend the diaphragm, forcing it to tightly adhere to the valve seat area or closing the pipeline fluid path. This valve can be operated manually or pneumatically, and can also be controlled through an intelligent controller.
