operational principle

This safety valve is a self controlled valve that relies on medium pressure and is equipped with a pneumatic opening function, which can achieve CIP online cleaning. By adjusting the compression spring and lock nut of the adjusting cover, a specific pressure is set. The set pressure is the maximum safety pressure value set to avoid damage to the pipeline equipment. When the pipeline pressure exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the valve seat automatically pops up, and the pressure in the pipeline system is released to achieve protection for the pipeline and equipment.
